If you haven’t received your Ontario rebate cheque, follow these steps:
Check Eligibility : Ensure you meet the criteria (e.g., 18+ years old, resident of Ontario on Dec. 31, 2023, filed your 2023 tax return by Dec. 31, 2024, and not bankrupt or incarcerated in 2024)
Track Your Cheque : Use the online tracking tool at Service Ontario’s website. You’ll need an account login, the last four digits of your SIN, your birth date, and the postal code from your 2023 tax return.

Update Address (if needed): If the cheque was sent to an old address, update it online or call Service Ontario at 1-833-351-0409. A new cheque will be issued after the change is processed

Cheques are mailed based on when taxes were filed, so delays may occur if you filed late.
